Site Visit of up to two hours to establish goals, understand context, measure, and take photographs of project location. For more extensive projects requiring additional site work, a $50/hour rate applies.
Artistic process begins with style pages to establish project goals. Brainstorming will be collaborative, honing in on your vision.
Proposal of sourced salvaged elements will adhere to established aesthetics and budget. The goal is to keep searching until you are ecstatic.

Beyond Design
Sourcing and getting it done possibilities
Sourcing: Will provide clear pricing of items considered for purchase with delivery options and costs. A 15% finder’s fee of the item(s) purchased will apply.
Shipping: Will provide oversight of delivery. A 15% management fee of the shipping cost will apply.
Restoration: Will manage restoration of item(s) collaborating with proven craftsmen in The Hudson Valley. A 15% management fee of restoration costs will apply.
Installation: Will manage installation of item(s) collaborating with proven craftsmen in The Hudson Valley. A 15% management fee of installation costs will apply.
Travel to locations in Orange County, NY are included. To Sullivan, Ulster and Rockland counties, a $25 round trip fee applies. To Dutchess, Putnam and Westchester counties, a $50 round trip fee applies. Architectural Salvage Design services to the eastern Adirondack Park, Saratoga, greater NYC and New Jersey areas on a case by case basis.
A reflection pool built in the 1970’s was structurally sound. The integrated patio, pergola and landscaping elevate it to gem status.
